IQ Appliance ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it when you contact us, book a service, or use our website.

Information we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, service address, appliance details, photos you choose to send us, and your service history with us.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform service, to communicate with you about your requests and appointments by phone call, email, and text message, to send booking links and appointment reminders, and to keep records of completed work. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and phone calls

When you give us your phone number on a form, we may call or text you about your service request. If you tick the text-message box, you agree to receive appointment reminders and service updates by text message from IQ Appliance. We text only about your service request, not on a marketing schedule: a confirmation, a reminder, and updates as your appointment needs them, typically 1 to 3 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help, from any text we send. A text sent to 720-408-0003 also reaches our team. Consent to texts or calls is not required to book service.

We do not sell your mobile information. Your mobile information and text message opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with companies that help us operate, such as our scheduling and messaging providers, but your text opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third party for their own marketing.

Emails

We email you about your service request and appointments. If you no longer want these emails, tell us by email or phone and we will stop.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, and you can withdraw consent for texts, emails, or calls at any time. Call 720-408-0003 or email iqappliance@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Retention and sharing

We keep service records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our scheduling and messaging systems, and only as needed to serve you.
